Terms of Service — Znap
The rules for using Znap as a creator or guest in camera events.
By using Znap, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You must be at least 13+ to use the service.
- Creators register with email/password. Participants may join via link/QR and provide a display name; email is optional for reveal notifications.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- You own your photos. You grant Znap a limited, revocable license to host, process, and display photos within the event and to its participants for the sole purpose of operating the service.
- Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or otherwise abusive content.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations or repeated abuse.
- Report content to support@znapcam.com.
- Photos can be captured or uploaded only within the event window.
- Galleries reveal at the scheduled time and auto‑expire 15 days after reveal.
- If a creator deletes an event, all photos and metadata in that event are deleted immediately.
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of the service.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape large amounts of data, or disrupt other users.
- We may suspend or limit access for abuse, security concerns, or legal reasons.
Pricing and limits (e.g., participants, storage, features) may be set per plan. Where applicable, subscription terms are managed through the App Store or billing provider.
Znap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or immune from loss of data despite reasonable safeguards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Znap. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the last 12 months (if any).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vilnius.
