Smart Magnet Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Smart Magnet order. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange your Smart Magnets within 30 days of delivery if:

Note: Custom-printed products (like Smart Magnets with your personal photos) are made to order. We cannot accept returns for items that were printed correctly but you simply changed your mind, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@znapcam.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  3. Describe the issue or reason for return
  4. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective

We'll review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping address if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or replacement due to a defect, please contact us at support@znapcam.com. We'll work with you to process the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Smart Magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@znapcam.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
