Note: Custom-printed products (like Smart Magnets with your personal photos) are made to order. We cannot accept returns for items that were printed correctly but you simply changed your mind, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return or exchange:
We'll review your request and provide return instructions, including a return shipping address if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or replacement due to a defect, please contact us at support@znapcam.com. We'll work with you to process the exchange.
If your Smart Magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@znapcam.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
